NOTE
- Simple background(BG) : Free.
- Perspective BG : Negotiate.
- Add 1 more character +80% original price, 1 picture no more than 3 characters.
- File psd + $10
- Commission is usually in 2000x2000px, 600dpi format. Size may vary slightly depending on requirements.
- Prices may vary depending on the level of detail.
- Order from $100 or more, you will have a small bonus gift.
- I have the right to refuse commission.
- Artstyle maybe slightly different through my improvement and experiences.
PAYMENT
- Deposit 70% - 100% after sketch approval. The rest paid after final approval.
- All payments are due in USD via PayPal.
- Payment is due upfront thru sent invoice within 72 hours of the commission order.
- If I can't complete it and don't contact you within 2 months => 100% refund.
- Cancel the commission midway => refund and deduct the fee depending on the progress of the commission
- When the commission is completed => You cannot request a refund for any reason.
- Watermark will be removed once you have completed the payment.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
- You do not have the right to sell, modify, print for commercial purposes.
- You can post pictures on your personal social networks as long as there's with proper credits.
- I have the right to post pictures on my personal social networking accounts for the purpose of promotion.
WORKING PROCESS
- The average progress is 2-3 weeks, I don't want to draw too hastily and always try to draw with the highest perfection.
- Please send me a reference, describe carefully the expression, atmosphere, color palette you want very clearly.
- If you suddenly want to change the character => Notify me before I send the sketch. Any sudden changes to the character after submitting the sketch will be charged an additional fee depending on the level of detail and current process of commission.
REVISION &UPDATE
- Upon receiving a sketch, you are able to ask revision before I start doing lineart.
- You are allowed to revise up to 3 times only during sketch. So please do revise properly.
- After the line art is done, please do not ask for major revisions (such as changing poses, half body poses/ costume etc.)
- If I forget the small details of the character, please remind me, no extra charge.
- In the process of drawing, I will send you updates about your commission through each stage.
